How to Book a Tennis Court in Seattle
Most Seattle public outdoor courts are booked through Seattle Parks' ActiveNet system — online, 24 hours to 14 days ahead, with no same-day reservations. Indoor courts at Amy Yee also run through ActiveNet, but on their own window and pass requirement. Here's exactly how each one works.
1. Go to Seattle Parks ActiveNet and create a free account if you don't have one.
2. Reserve at least 24 hours ahead, and up to 14 days (two weeks) ahead. There's no same-day reservation for outdoor courts.
3. If a court isn't reserved, it's open for walk-up play any time — but you can't count on that in advance.
Indoor courts book online through the same ActiveNet system, with their own pass and window — no same-day reservations:
Indoor Tennis Court Reservation Pass: $60 resident / $66 non-resident, purchased online before or during booking.
Window: residents and non-residents can book 1–6 days ahead. Booking for a day opens online at 9:10 AM on the first accepted advance day.
See the Amy Yee Tennis Center (Indoor) page for the court's full facts and a direct ActiveNet link.
