How do I reserve a public tennis court in Seattle?
Most Seattle Parks courts are first-come, first-served and free to use. Outdoor courts (including Lower Woodland and most others) can be reserved online at least 24 hours and up to 14 days (two weeks) ahead — same-day reservations aren't available outdoors, but an unreserved court is open for walk-up play any time. The indoor courts at Amy Yee Tennis Center are different: reserve online through ActiveNet with an Indoor Tennis Court Reservation Pass ($60 resident / $66 non-resident), 1–6 days ahead — no same-day reservations. Check each court's detail page for specific booking links.
Which Seattle tennis courts have lights?
32 locations in the directory have lighting for evening play — some only in season. Lit locations include Seattle Tennis Club (Outdoor) (13), Central Park Tennis Club (Indoor) (12), Amy Yee Tennis Center (Indoor) (10), Lower Woodland (10), Tennis Center Sand Point (10), and others. Use the Court Access map and filter by "Lit" to see all lit courts near you; each court's page gives its exact lit months.

Marymoor Park's tennis courts are managed by King County Parks. They're walk-up, first-come first-served — there's no online reservation system. See the Marymoor Park court page for details.
How busy will a court be?
The Court Access map shows an estimate of how busy each court usually is, based on time of day, day of week, court size, and lights — it's not live occupancy. Use it to compare courts and find a quieter window to play.
