Drop-in only. No court reservation system for neighborhood courts. Robinswood Tennis Center (425-452-7690) is the only reservable outdoor location.

City of Bellevue public court — first come, first served, dawn to dusk. No reservation needed.

Usually busiest weekday evenings (roughly 4–8pm) and weekend mornings (9am–1pm); quietest weekday mornings before 7am and after about 10pm. At that time, expect it to be hard to get a court — an off-peak window will be easier. It has no lights, so it's effectively closed to walk-up play after dark. This is a projection from time of day, day of week, and court size — not live occupancy.
