What to know
Reduced-pressure version of the US Open ball built for play at 3,500 ft and above, where standard balls fly and bounce too high. At altitude it restores sea-level-like control; Wilson advises against using it at low elevation.
- Holds up well — fewer cans over a season
- Lively off the strings
- Takes spin well
- Stays playable for about 2 weeks before it goes flat
When to open a fresh can
About every 2 weeks of regular play, if you want consistent bounce — this ball's pressure fades gradually like any pressurized ball.
