What to know
Dunlop's Penn Championship competitor: Max Core plus Durafelt needle cloth for a firm, consistent, no-frills hard-court ball. Loyalists report cans outlasting Penn equivalents, though the thinner nap gives strings less to bite for spin.
- Lively off the strings
- Stays playable for about 2 weeks before it goes flat
When to open a fresh can
About every 2 weeks of regular play, if you want consistent bounce — this ball's pressure fades gradually like any pressurized ball.
